PAYMENT & ORDER
For safety and convenience, we prefer to accept credit card as our main payment method currently.

Revise & Cancel Order: If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible, but we’d like you to understand that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders processed and shipped as fast, and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our customer service department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been sent out.

Please note: For orders that have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.  

We make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders will take a little longer process due to the customization work involved (please refer to the processing time on the relevant product page). Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 7-10 business days for the order to arrive. Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online. The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service.

Note: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping, not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for any loss due to wrong shipping information. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE
The shipping insurance cost is $2.99 and you have the option to choose it upon checkout. Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We will reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it's reported to be lost or damaged. Typically a courier provides very minimal or no direct shipping insurance for any package that is shipped. We are happy to inform you that our shipping insurance is very reasonable and affordable.

Please be advised that the insurance must meet the following conditions before any refund will be issued or equivalent products or services are supplied:
You received a wrong/damaged product.
Your order gets lost while in transit.


The insurance cost is non-refundable and will not cover the following conditions :If the order has been shipped but you have changed your mind after purchasing.
You have entered an Incorrect/Insufficient address which has resulted in the loss.

How much value to insure for?
Insure items for replacement cost. You will not get more insurance compensation for the item other than its current order value.

MODIFICATIONS
LuminaBoxes reserves the right to modify this Web Site, and the rules and regulations governing its use, at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Web Site, and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to the Web Site. CustWit.com may make changes in the products and/or services described in this Web Site at any time.

 

DISCLAIMERS
We are not responsible for any loss if the silver products are damaged or corroded caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, wearing the silver jewelry when bathing or hot springs, etc. Circumstances mentioned above will not be protected by our 90 days return policy.

If parcels get lost due to the wrong shipping address provided by customers, we will not shoulder any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the arbitration shall be conducted in English.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable United Kingdom law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility to Use the Services

You may not use the Services or accept these Terms if:

(a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom; or
(b) you are prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws or regulations of the United Kingdom or the jurisdiction from which you access the Services.

Under this agreement, payment processing services for goods and/or services purchased on this website are provided by LuminaBoxes through authorized third-party payment service providers.
