How long does it take to receive my product?
Total processing time = Customization information verification + Product production + Shipping
Customization information verification: If there are no issues, processing will be completed within 24 hours. If there are issues, we will contact you by email, and processing will be completed within 24 hours of receiving your email reply.
Product production: Customized products require 3-5 business days to produce. If any products are out of stock, customer service will notify the customer via email to make necessary adjustments.
Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer, typically 5-15 business days.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
How much is shipping?
We provide Free Shipping over $49.
Standard Shipping: $8.99 Delivery usually takes 8-12 business days
Note: Currently, only standard delivery service is available within the United States; expedited delivery is not yet available.
For other countries, you can select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that due to the custom nature of the work, orders may require 3-5 business days for processing before shipping.
Please note that holidays or product shortages may cause changes to the shipping date. In case of stock shortages, customer service will notify you via email and handle the situation.
Do you ship internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost. Customers are responsible for customs duties if applicable.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out. Our standard is to supply you a perfect gift.
