QUALITY & WARRANTY
This website is operated by LuminaBoxes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LuminaBoxes. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
PAYMENT & ORDER
For safety and convenience, we currently accept credit card payments and other supported third-party payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded into our production system. Therefore:
- Order cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours after purchase;
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled;
- Customized or personalized products enter production immediately and are considered final once processing begins.
Please note: Orders already in production or dispatched are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: typically 3–8 business days
- Standard delivery: approximately 7–10 business days after shipment
Customized products may require additional processing time due to personalization work.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on shipping method, destination, and local postal services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.
Insurance fee: $2.99
Shipping insurance covers:
- Lost packages during transit
- Damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect items received
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Orders already shipped where the customer changes their mind
- Loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Insurance is non-refundable.
Compensation is limited to the original order value and does not exceed replacement cost.
MODIFICATIONS
LuminaBoxes reserves the right to modify this website, policies, and product information at any time without prior notice.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, or services as necessary. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
DISCLAIMERS
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:
- Exposure to water, heat, or chemicals
- Friction or impact with hard objects
- Improper handling or storage
In such cases, the product will not be covered under any warranty or return policy.
We are also not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), in accordance with its applicable rules at the time of arbitration.
The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
ELIGIBILITY
You may not use our services if:
- You are not legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws; or
- You are prohibited from using such services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
